If there is anyone who deserves a medal and the thanks of the public it's this old lady. While others stand by and watch she runs about 100 metres to the scene of the crime to give robbers a good handbagging. I would like to give this lady the most honourable title of Most Flambatious! On the other hand I have heard a story that this was not actually an old lady but a local man who was experimenting with being a cross-dresser. Well she / he does run rather fast for a pensioner!
